Kelly A.
Zinna, Psy.D.
Dr. Kelly
Zinna is a forensic psychologist in private practice in
Maryland, where much of her work focuses on assessment of
threat and violence risk in both adults and students. In 1999,
Dr. Zinna published After Columbine based on her
experiences with the high school tragedy. Other publications
include co-authoring a book chapter on workplace violence, and
numerous journal articles on school place violence dynamics
and prevention strategies. Most recently she co-authored an
article for the Maryland Bar Journal on domestic violence risk
and threat assessment guidelines for judges and attorneys. Dr.
Zinna is a frequent lecturer on the topic of violence risk and
threat assessment. She has presented on school/workplace
violence and bullying in 45 states and Canada. She has been a
featured guest on television shows such as CNN, Fox News and
an A&E Investigative Reports series on “Rampage Killers,” and
was highlighted in a violence safety video for school bus
drivers produced by the National Transportation Safety Board.
Since 2003, Dr. Zinna has worked on a collaborative project
with a national insurance company and the U.S. Secret Service,
conducting numerous workshops on targeted school violence and
bullying for school districts in seven states. |

Gerald Sweet, PH.D.
Dr. Gerald Sweet is a senior
psychologist based in the Los Angeles office of
International Assessment Services.
Over the past twelve years, he has consulted to numerous
private corporations, law firms, public organizations, and
educational institutions regarding issues of threat
assessment, risk management, workplace violence and other
sensitive personnel matters. Dr. Sweet is on the staff of
Behavioral Science Services of the Los Angeles Police
Department. He is also a forensic psychologist who completed
extensive training in both the civil and criminal areas at the
University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He has worked
with attorneys as a trial consultant and has testified on
numerous occasions as an expert witness. Earlier in his
career, he served as chief psychologist and coordinator of
psychiatric emergency room services at Framingham Union
Hospital and as an assistant clinical professor in the
Division of Psychiatry at the Boston University School of
Medicine. |

Loren Brooks Ph.D.
Loren Brooks, Ph.D., (Psy# 12230) has conducted hundreds of
interviews in the workplace where issues of concern and safety
exist. She has presented to companies in a range of
industries. Loren has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show and
on Bay Area news programs. |

Norman Bottom Ph.D.
Norman Bottom, Ph.D., is Director of the Counterespionage &
Information Security Manager Program at the Espionage Research
Institute. Norman is
the co-author of Industrial Espionage and he wrote
Electronic Surveillance and Countermeasures in the
